These terms govern your use of Meritely, a pre-submission academic-review service operated by Nexgenius LLC.

1. The service

Meritely provides feedback on academic work you have already written. Depending on the agreed scope, a qualified academic may comment on argument, reasoning, evidence, structure, clarity, citations, references, formatting and alignment with instructions or a rubric you provide. You remain the author and decide whether and how to revise your work.

2. Academic integrity

Meritely does not sell completed assignments, take examinations, impersonate students, guarantee grades or promise that a university will accept any submission. You must follow your institution’s academic-integrity and external-assistance rules. You may use the service only for lawful learning, review and revision support. Your course instructor or institution makes all grading and academic decisions.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, scope, deadline and payment information.
• Upload only work and supporting materials you have the right to share.
• Remove unnecessary personal, medical, financial or confidential information before uploading.
• Review the feedback and make your own revisions.
• Keep your account secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

4. Plans, page counts and turnaround

The checkout screen shows the included page count, additional-page price, requested turnaround charge and estimated total. A page means a conventional document page unless a different unit is agreed for slides, spreadsheets or unusually formatted material. The 48-hour and 24-hour options are requested review windows. The clock begins only after successful payment, file upload and confirmation that the materials are readable and within scope. If no qualified reviewer is available, we may offer a different timeline or cancel and refund the affected service.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize the displayed charge when you complete checkout. Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown before payment. We may pause work if payment is reversed, disputed or suspected to be fraudulent.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation before a reviewer begins. If substantive review work has begun, any refund may be reduced by the value of work already performed. If Meritely cannot provide the confirmed service, we will offer a reasonable alternative or refund the affected amount. Dissatisfaction with a grade or an instructor’s decision does not by itself establish that the agreed review service was not delivered.

7. Feedback and revisions

Feedback reflects the reviewer’s professional academic judgment based on the materials and scope provided. Reasonable academics may disagree. You may ask for clarification or identify an agreed review area that appears to have been omitted. Requests that materially expand the scope, add new pages or introduce a substantially revised document may require a new quote.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, probe security, upload malware, interfere with other users, scrape protected content, resell reviews, submit unlawful material, or use the service to facilitate academic dishonesty. We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary to protect users, reviewers, Meritely or academic integrity.

9. Intellectual property

You retain rights in the original work you upload. You grant Nexgenius LLC a limited license to host, copy and share those materials with assigned personnel only as needed to provide, secure and support the service. Meritely’s website, branding, sample materials, interface and original content belong to Nexgenius LLC or its licensors.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain and disclose personal information and academic files.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided with reasonable care, but no review can identify every possible issue or predict a grade. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nexgenius LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, academic decisions, missed deadlines caused by incomplete or late materials, or actions you take based on feedback. Our aggregate liability arising from a particular paid review will not exceed the amount you paid for that review, except where such a limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, while preserving any mandatory rights you have under the law of your residence. Before filing a claim, you and Nexgenius LLC agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the issue by written notice. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction over the dispute.

14. Changes and severability

We may update these terms for future use of the service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.
